During story missions if you use the save terminals then save and quit out of a level, then return to finish the level later, the trophy for finishing that level will not unlock. Fortunately you can just continue on with the level using the other character and it will fix itself after you get to a later part. There is a glitch in the Gyrosphere Valley story level where sometimes the Gyrosphere will spawn under the map making it useless. Make sure you have a character that can take a photo before hitting the circle to have a better chance of avoiding this glitch.
There is a glitch in the The Hunted Free Play level where sometimes the dinosaur that you take a picture of to save a human will not trigger as having left leaving the level unfinishable. Throughout this game I have run into numerous glitches/issues, some bad/annoying, and some rather helpful.
If you have run into any issues/glitches that I do not have listed then feel free to let me know and I will add them here or if you have any solutions let me know as well. All the ones that I know of are listed below with any fixes that I may know about.
Since I've run across a somewhat large number of glitches on my road to the Platinum I thought I would put them all of them in one place for convenience.
